A new direction & pricing model

We have made a lot of changes to the platform within the last couple years. The transition from a typical email marketing platform into a all-in-one marketing platform for small businesses has been an exciting adventure for everyone involved. Marketing automation was added, a built-in CRM, sales automation, over 150 integrations, and so much more.

As we continue to optimize and expand within these areas we have the need to structure our plans differently. There are different sets of users that utilize our service. Some just need email marketing, others need email marketing + automation, and others need everything plus sales tools. For that reason we are adjusting our pricing model to be based on what focus the end user requires.

Our new tier based approach to plans:

  • Basic
  • Plus
  • Enterprise

Primary differences between the plans:

Basic Plus Enterprise

Send Newsletters
Marketing Automation
Chat & Email Support
Up To 3 Users
Everything from Basic

You can review the list pricing (that doesn't include your discounts) on our pricing page.

What happens with my existing accounts?

They will never affect your existing accounts. We never change pricing on existing paid accounts. These existing accounts will be able to upgrade their contact limit without needing to go into the new tier based approach.

Can I still rebrand the platform and use custom domains?

Yes. As a reseller you can rebrand and use a custom domain for any plan type. That includes the Basic tier and all other tiers.

Do I have to start paying these new prices right away?

The tier changes for new accounts you add will not affect you immediately. We will have a 3 month grace period to allow you to have time to adjust to this type of model.

Starting on March 1st, 2015 the new pricing will be in place for all new accounts you switch to paid status and the 30 day trial (previously offered) will change to a 14 day trial (with a limit of 100 contacts).

What if I don't want to offer these different plans?

We realize change takes some time and work (thus the grace period and not affecting existing accounts you have sold). If you don't wish to offer multiple tiers of plans you would need to pick one and focus on that tier. Such as only selling the basic tier.. Or only selling the Plus tier. We are here to help you however we can -- but we can't extend the grace period beyond 3 months.
